Backstory:
'Kettle Cove’ is my artistic rendition of the beautiful coast of Maine. This fiber art is named after its inspiration (Kettle Cove) and also inspired by Crescent Beach in Maine.
It depicts the wide coastline + beach area, horizon line, rocks, trees and shrubs line the area between the coast and the pond to the right - as well as underneath the pond and across.
This tapestry features a stunning color palette: the water areas are hand painted in a rich blue-grey ombre. The weaved detail has neutral tones like white, grey, cream and beige with added colors of blues, teals, and greens.
This tapestry is a unique art piece that can make a great addition to your coastal decor, nature friend or Maine lover.
